Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how to return items purchased on this website. By placing an order, you agree to this policy together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Service.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, unless the item is defective or damaged in transit (report promptly with evidence).
  • You must provide a valid order reference (order ID or PayPal transaction ID). Use Order Lookup if needed.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact support before sending anything back, unless we instruct otherwise. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • If approved, we will provide return instructions (including the return address and any return authorization reference).

Return Condition

  • Items should be unused, in original packaging with tags/accessories included, except where the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
  • We may deny returns that show misuse, missing parts, or condition that prevents resale.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, damage in transit), we will indicate whether we provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return postage as described in your return approval.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g. change of mind), return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Processing After We Receive Your Return

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial.
  • Approved cases follow our Refund Policy for timing and method (including refunds to the original PayPal funding source).

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Items outside the return window without an eligible exception.
  • Items not returned in accordance with the instructions we provided.
  • Cases listed as non-refundable in our Refund Policy, where applicable.
